Login information is reset every year, enter the following information to login and make a contribution.

Username is your National User Identification (NUID) number.

Example: K123456

Password is "Kp+" followed by your 8-digit employee/physician ID number.

Example: Kp+10123456 (Uppercase K. Use actual plus sign symbol)

Use the new person/employee ID number, starting with a “1”, not “0” (i.e. 00123456 is now 10123456).

Find your employee/physician ID number on your paystub. Physicians, your ID number is on the top right corner of your physician portal home page.
